Pr. P.C. Varghese who had been serving as the Assistant Pastor of the church since November 1997 was appointed as the Pastor of the church in December 2002.

Pastor P.C. Varghese and Sr. Lizy Varghese have been blessed with three sons; Dennis, Davis & Danny. Pastor Varghese is well known to the Christian community in Bahrain and has served the Lord in various capacities as the Presidents of Bahrain Malayalee Christian Congregation (BMCC) and Middle East Pentecostal Churches (MEPC), Vice President of Bahrain Chapter of Gideons International. He is also an international alumni of Haggai Institute.

Pr. Simon Philip has been serving as the Assistant Pastor of the Church since November 2002. He has served the Lord in different capacities with Bahrain Malayalee Christian Congregation and Middle East Pentecostal Churches. He also serves as the Head Master of Sharon Sunday School, Bahrain. Pastor Simon Philip and Sr. Alice Simon have been blessed with 4 children; Seema, Soumya, Simson & Samson

EXECUTIVE COUNCIL
General Body of the church held in December 2004 elected following brethren to the Church Executive Council for the year 2005. SFC Bahrain is grateful to the Lord for supplying dedicated and visioned council members to work along with the ministers.
